New and sealed items may be returned within 10 days of purchase if there is a reason significant enough to warrant the return. Such reasons are as follows: (I) you received the wrong item and not the one you ordered. Only items that are still sealed and show no damage due to delivery/shipping or previous use may be accepted for returns. Any item that has been unsealed, opened, used or is otherwise damaged or shows signs of wear and use is exempt from returns. Any item damaged in transit is ineligible for returns as per our Terms of Service you accept that the quality of delivery is beyond our control. Items ineligible for returns or refunds are those are deemed as ‘second hand’ per industry standards (not sealed, previously used, marks of use or wear) is excluded from returns.
At no time will an item be exchanged.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the current return address. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and send it to the address you received with the RMA.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 90 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 4-8 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cancelled after having been paid and being processed but that have not yet been shipped yet will incur a penalty fee of 12% of the total order value which will be deducted off the refund.
Orders that have already been dispatched are exempt from being refunded until the item has arrived.
In the case of suspected fraud, this return policy and its clauses will be be temporarily be inapplicable until any fraudulent activity or the suspicion thereof has been investigated cleared and the section ‘Prohibited Activities Article 25’ and related articles in our Terms & Conditions apply until further notice.
